Foeman was one of the most highly decorated players in program history, multiple first team all-conference, all-region, All-America, and regional Pitcher of the Year honors, while leading UMW to three NCAA Tournament appearances. He still owns career records at the school for career wins (33), strikeouts (360), and complete games (22), as well as season records for wins (12), complete games (twice, with nine), and strikeouts (145). He went on to play professionally for six years, was nominated for the D3Baseball.com team of the decade, and was named to the CAC Silver Anniversary team in 2015.
