One of the top hitters in the history of NCAA Divison III baseball, Dan ended his MWC career with a .460 batting average.  He was named all-conference, all-state, and all-region over the course of his career, and was named the 1991 Capital Athletic Conference and ECAC South Region Player of the Year.  Dan also led the Eagle baseball team to its first ever NCAA tournament appearance in 1991.
