Amy Carlson was one of the most dominant swimmers in school history, finishing her career as an 11-time All-American. Equally adept at the butterfly and the freestyle, she finished in the top eight in the 100 yard fly twice at the NCAA Championships, and provided the Eagles with the fastest 50 fly split in the nation in 2006. She was the 2004 CAC Rookie of the Year and 2006 CAC Swimmer of the Year, and held eight school and conference records at her time of graduation. She helped the Eagles to All-America performances by swimming the fly on three medley relays and the freestyle on six free relays.
