Charlotte, who ranks as one of just two athletes in UMW history to gain All-America status in field hockey and lacrosse, led both programs to never before seen heights from 1993-97. During her career, the field hockey team advanced to three NCAA Tournaments, including to the NCAA Championship in her freshman year. She also led the Eagles to their first CAC Lacrosse Championship in her senior season. She earned second team All-America accolades in both sports her senior season.
