Kye Robinson earned C2C Men's Basketball Player of the Week merit.
MEN'S BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Kye Robinson, Mary Washington
Mary Washington sophomore Kye Robinson helped #15 Mary Washington to a 2-0 week at the Great Lakes Shootout, with wins over Trine and #8 Carthage. Robinson averaged 25.0 points per game, shooting 51.4% from the field and 83.3% from the free throw line. In addition, he netted 7.0 rebounds per game, and 3.0 assists. On Friday, Robinson led UMW to a 72-57 win over Trine, with 23 points on 9-20 shooting, adding six rebounds and four assists. The next day, Robinson's 27 points on 9-15 shooting led the Eagles to a 68-57 win over eighth ranked Carthage. He added eight rebounds as well.
