MEN'S BASKETBALLÂ PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Kye Robinson, Mary Washington
Mary Washington sophomore Kye Robinson led the #15 Eagles to a pair of overtime wins this week to remain undefeated on the season. Robinson scored 25 points, including six in an 11-0 run to start overtime, as UMW topped Rowan, 94-87, on Tuesday night. Then on Sunday, Robinson scored a career-high 38 points, including two baskets (after two steals) in the final seconds of regulation to tie the score in a double OT win over Yeshiva. For the week, he averaged 31.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, four assists, and three steals per game. Robinson shot 53.5% from the floor and 16-22 from the free throw line.
