The University of Mary Washington softball team defeated Randolph College, 10-2, in five innings on Tuesday in Myrtle Beach, S.C. to improve to 4-5 on the season.

The Eagles scored three runs in the first, one in the second, two in the fourth, and four in the fifth. Ashley Caffee had a single and double with two RBI, Hannah Bruns and Courtney Shea each had two hits, with Shea adding two RBI. Rachel Porchie tripled and walked.

Kara Deppe gained the win for the Eagles, with her best performance of the season, allowing no earned runs on one hitwith four walks and three strikeouts.
