University of Mary Washington first year ace distance runner Lily Hoffman continued her season of excellence on Saturday, as she finished in fifth place in the 3000 meters at the Liberty University, with a time of 10:22.67, her best of the season.

The Eagles will next compete at the Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Championships on February 21-22 in Newport News, Va.
