University of Mary Washington outdoor track stars Yasmin Deane, Lily Hoffman, Anijah James, Sophia Redmond, and the 4x100 meter relay have been named to the United States Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches of America's all-region teams.

Deane gained honors in the 100 and 200 meters in addition to honors on the relay, while Hoffman gained honors in the 10,000 meters. James earned honors in the 100 meter hurdles in addition to the relay, and Redmond was named in the 100 meters as well as the relay, to which Jolene Adu was also honored for.

The top-8 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Athletic.net Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, Northeast, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.
