Mary Washington claimed last year's conference title after sweeping conference play 5-0 and then defeating Sewanee and Rhodes in the CFHC tournament. The Eagles look to continue their streak on top as this is the first year the conference holds an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament. The team who wins the CFHC tournament will make their way to the national stage.
Rhodes looks to contend for that national bid after a narrow 3-0 defeat in last season's conference championship. The team had a combined six athletes named to all-conference teams and only had one conference loss in 2025.
The 2026 Collegiate Field Hockey Conference Championship is slated for November 5-8 in Mequon, Wisconsin, hosted by Concordia University.
