The No. 5 University of Mary Washington's men's basketball's
Kye Robinson was named to the National Assocation of Basketball Coaches' All-America Third Team on Wednesday afternoon, the organization announced in a release. Robinson was also named to the All-District 6 First Team by the NABC on Tuesday afternoon.
For Robinson, Wednesday marks his first career All-America honors as the sophomore guard earned D3Hoops All-Region honors on Monday morning to go along with his 2025-26 Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference Player of the Year and Coast-to-Coast Tournament MVP awards he picked up this season. Too, Robinson was named to the Bevo Francis Award Top 25 watchlist on Sunday evening -- one of just seven Division III players named to the list.
It's been a historic season for the sophomore guard and the UMW program as Robinson has led the Eagles to their second Elite Eight berth in program history, averaging nearly 25 points-per-game on on 51% shooting and nearly seven rebounds and four assists per game. Robinson has led UMW to one of the best season's in program history, which includes a program-record 27 wins and a perfect 16-0 slate at home this season.
During the NCAA Tournament, he's scored nearly 27 points-per-game in the Eagles' three victories, including a game-leading 35 points against No. 14 Wisconsin-La Crosse in the Sweet Sixteen matchup.
Robinson and the Eagles take on No. 6 University of Chicago in the NCAA Quarterfinals on Thursday at 9 p.m.
