The forecast for a large snow storm this weekend in the middle Atlantic region has forced changes to the University of Mary Washington athletics schedule.

The indoor track and field meet at Liberty University, originally scheduled for Friday and Saturday, will now be a one-day meet starting on Friday at 9 a.m.

The men's and women's diving meet at UMBC on Saturday, January 24, will now start at 11:00 a.m., rather than 1:00 p.m.

The men's basketball game at Penn State Abington on Saturday will now tip at 12:00 p.m., one hour earlier than the initial start time.

The women's basketball game at home vs. Regent University, originally scheduled for Monday, January 26, will now be played at UMW this Friday, January 23, with a 5:30 p.m. tipoff.

The women's basketball game for Saturday, January 24 at Salisbury University will now be played next Wednesday, January 28, at 7:00 p.m., following the UMW men's basketball game at Salisbury, which has been moved up from 6 p.m. to 5 p.m.
