University of Mary Washington sophomore Evan Fisher and senior Brock Ladehoff dropped a 6-1, 7-6 (6) decision to Connor Griff and Antonio Jose Chavez of Hamilton College on Thursday in the round of 16 in doubles competition at the ITA Cup in Rome, Ga. 

The duo will take on second seeded Christian Liew and Ruilin Feng of Emory University in consolations on Friday at 3:00 p.m.
