The 16th ranked University of Mary Washington volleyball team defeated Wesley College in three games on Friday night in Capital Athletic Conference action at Rosner Arena. The Eagles improve to 19-1 on the season, and have won 12 straight. Game scores were 25-18, 25-14, 25-13.

Freshman Savannah Powers led the Eagles with 11 kills, while sophomore Leslie Walters added nine. Junior Rachel Hendricks had seven kills, and freshman Skyler Sisk posted six. Senior Emma Olson had five kills to go with 39 assists and 11 digs. Junior Jenna Yost led the way with 15 digs for the Eagles. Hendricks added three block assists.

The Eagles will be back in action on Saturday when they host Salisbury University at 2 p.m. in another Capital Athletic Conference matchup.
