The University of Mary Washington volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision at Gallaudet University on Thursday night, falling to the Bison, 24-26, 27-25, 25-21, 25-23. UMW falls to 15-12 on the season.

The Eagles were led by Tola Adebanjo's 12 kills and 12 digs. Katie Shiflett had 48 assists, while Ellen Smethurst had 11 kills and two blocks, and Kaitlynn Wickersham had 11 kills and 19 digs. Christine Tran had 23 digs for UMW.

Mary Washington will host Stevenson University on Saturday at noon for Homecoming.
