The Coast-To-Coast Athletic Conference (C2C) has announced its weekly awards following the third week of the 2025-26 track and field season. Mary Washington's Nicholas Smerlis claimed C2C Men's Track Athlete of the Week honors.

MEN'S TRACK ATHLETE OF THE WEEK: Nicholas Smerlis, Mary Washington

Mary Washington sophomore Nicholas Smerlis captured second place (first among collegiate competitors) in the 5000 meters at the Cardinal Track & Field Classic on Saturday. Smerlis crossed the line with a time of 15:49.43.
