Despite outshooting Dickinson and controlling the ball for most of the evening, the Mary Washington women's soccer team fell in Carlisle, Pa. on Wednesday night, 2-0.
The Eagles led in shots 15-10, four of which were on goal in their loss as
Maci Landel led the way with four of her own.

Autumn Hottle all recorded one shot apiece. Landel, Imanverdi, Shaw and Box recorded one shot on goal each. The Eagles, too, led in corners, 5-2.
Dickinson scored in the fifth minute, then again just second before halftime in the 45th minute.
In the first half, the Eagles were close to breaking through with a goal as they took eight total shots, forcing the Dickinson keeper to make a save. In the second half, the offense was even closer as it took seven shots -- three of which needed to be saved by the Red Devils keeper.
