Kylie Stark will be entering her first season as an Assistant Coach with the University of Mary Washington Eagles in 2025–2026.
Before joining the Eagles, Stark served as an assistant coach for the Virginia Impact AAU program, where she focused on skill development and preparing athletes for the next level of competition. She also spent time as an assistant basketball coach at her alma mater, Brookville High School. With the girls’ varsity program, she contributed to practice planning, in-game adjustments, and player development, coaching two players who earned all-conference honors.
In addition to her coaching experience, Stark has worked as a basketball trainer for the past five years, training athletes from the elementary to collegiate levels. Her work has focused on enhancing skill sets, building basketball IQ, and improving overall performance.
Stark is a graduate of Randolph College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. She was a five-year member and four-year captain of the Randolph women’s basketball program from 2020 to 2025. In her fifth year, Stark earned her Master of Arts degree in Coaching and Sport Leadership while taking on multiple leadership roles across campus, including serving as SAAC President.
