Biography

JUNIOR (2009)
Gained all-region honors after batting .412 with four home runs and 25 RBI... Also added team-leading 12 doubles and three triples... Collected multiple hits in 14 games, including four hits against Stevenson.
 
SOPHOMORE (2008)
Recorded one of the top offensive seasons in school history, batting .387 with six doubles, four triples, and broke her own school record with eight home runs... Scored 20 runs and knocked in 31, among the most in UMW history.
 
FRESHMAN (2007)
Saw immediate success at shortstop, batting .320 with four doubles, three triples, and five home runs, which tied the school season record. Drove in 23 runs.
 
PERSONAL
Kaitlin Marie Petrella is the daughter of Ronald and Diane Petrella... Played volleyball and softball and swam in high school... All-state softball honors in high school... National Honor Society in high school... Business major.
