University of Mary Washington

One of the most respected high school coaches in the state of Virginia, longtime assistant coach Mike Webb brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the UMW bench. A two-time state champion at Chancellor High School, Webb has been to the state tournament 17 times with 12 regionals championships and 21 district championships.  He has been named the Virginia State Coach of the Year three times. He has won over 500 games, second all time in Virginia and was inducted into the Virginia High School Hall of Fame in 2021. 

As a player at Indiana University of Pennsylvania he was named all-conference four times and retired as the school’s all-time leader in both goals and assists.  He was inducted into the IUP Hall of Fame in 2010. 

An assistant at the University of Mary Washington for 34 years serving under both Roy Gordon and Jason Kilby he has assisted in over 400 wins, 12 conference championships and two final fours.
