Played lacrosse at Bishop O'Connell High School... Player of the Year... Played on the Top Caliber Travel 2023 team and was a varsity starter for four years at Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, VA... Selected as captain senior year and two-time MVP... Led the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference (WCAC) in scoring in 2023 (67 goals and 24 assists for a total of 91 points) and selected for WCAC third team junior year and second team senior year. Ranked as 81/100 four-star recruit by Inside Lacrosse and selected as 2021 Fierce Nation Winter League Season and Tournament MVP... In addition to lacrosse, he swam for four years on the varsity swim team.

James Milligan... Parents are John and Monique Milligan... Has one younger brother, Ryan Milligan. Cyber Security major with a minor in Computer Science. In addition to lacrosse, plays golf and tennis.
