FRESHMAN (2009)
Played in 20 games, starting nine... Scored five goals and added two assists... Scored the game-winning goal against Lebanon Valley in her second college game, marking UMW’s second win over LVC in 13 meetings all-time... Also scored the game winner in a 3-2 win over Washington & Lee University... Scored two goals and two assists in win over Sweet Briar.

Played field hockey and lacrosse at Albemarle High School... Team captain of field hockey and lacrosse... Field hockey team MVP... Three letters in hockey... Spanish Honor Society.

MacKenzie Alison Sloan is the daughter of Kim and David Sloan. Her father played football and lacrosse at University of Virginia... DeDe Owens leadership scholarship winner... Her high school coach was UMW alum Ellen Ashton Smith... Pursuing Victory with honor award winner... Also a member of the UMW women’s lacrosse team... Possible biology major.
