Five Eagles Gain USTFCCCA All-Region Honors

Five members of the University of Mary Washington outdoor track and field teams have been named to the United States Track and Field/Cross Country Coaches Association's all-region teams for Spring 2025. For the men, Jacinto Jones II, Jacob Lohr, and Elias Plovchik were named, and for the women, Yasmin Deane and Sophia Redmond.

Top-5 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top-3 ranked relay team. Data is based on what has been delivered to AthleticNET throughout the season.

Jones II was named in the 200 meters, and will be competing in the NCAA Division III Championships this weekend. Lohr gained honors in the 10,000 meters, and Polovchik in the javelin.

Deane gained honors in both the 100 and 200 meters, and will compete in both events at the NCAA Championships. Redmond also gained honors in the 100 meters.
