The University of Mary Washington took down Frostburg State in Fredericksburg, Va. on Saturday afternoon, 159-103.
The Eagles earned a win to start the meet in the 200-yard medley relay, then
Nora McMullen followed with a third place finish in the 1,000-yard freestyle. In the 200-yard free,
Spera Moy-Jacobs finished first, while
Ann Karr finished in third.
Audrey Sivak finished second in the 100-yard back, while Anisley Graf earned a third place finish. In the 100-yard breaststroke,
Sam Torres won the event (1:11.01) and
Maddie Kryszon finished in second. Meanwhile in the next event,
Carleigh Dillman earned a third place finish in the 200-yard fly.
Soleil Clifford, Maddie Timmons, and Abi Higgins earned a podium finish in the 50-yard free. In the 100 free, Timmons, Clifford and
Ann Karr finished in first, second, and third place. In the 200-yard back, Sivak finished in first, meanwhile
Hannah Siraj finished in third.
Dillman finished in first in the 200-yard breaststroke, meanwhile McMullen finished in third. In the 500-yard free, Kryszon finished in third.
Christina Korkos finished in first in the 100-yard fly, while Moy-Jacobs finished in second.
In the 400 IM, McMullen earned a second place finish, while
Amber Candido finished in third. And to round out the meet, the 200-free relay finished with a victory.
The Eagles are back in action on Friday against St. Mary's at 5 p.m. in Fredericksburg, Va.
