Box Score The University of Mary Washington volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision at Coast-to-Coast Athletic Conference foe Salisbury University on Friday evening. Game scores were 25-16, 25-23, 29-27; the Eagles slip to 7-6 on the season.
Senior outside
Chloe Crosen led the Eagle attack, with 13 kills against two errors in 36 attempts, while sophomore
Libby Potter added eight kills against three errors in 31 tries. Senior
Lauren Foley posted team highs of 15 assists and nine digs, and surpassed the 2,000 assist mark for her career.
Sarah Moore also added nine digs, while Potter and
Hannah Livermon each added eight digs.
UMW will return to action next Friday, as they visit nationally-ranked Johns Hopkins University for a two-day, three-match quad with Cortland State and Eastern University.
