The University of Mary Washington's women's swim team edged out Randolph-Macon on Thursday night in Ashland, Va., 139-123.
Bridget Zagrobelny and
Megan Kim opened up the meet with a second and third place place finish in the 1,000 yard freestyle.
Ashley Dyer took home the win in the 200 yard freestyle with a final time of 1:59.27. While Maddie Kryszon and
Ava Rice finished in second and third.
Ainsley Graf placed third in the 50 yard backstroke (29.85).
Soleil Clifford finished second in the 50 yard breaststroke (32.36).
Phoebe Root finished second in the 100 yard butterfly (1:01.67).
Spera Moy-Jacobs again finished first in the 50 yard freestyle (25.28). Then she finished first in the 500 yard freestyle (5:21.55).
Bri Wilson also won the 100 yard freestyle with a final time of 56.75.
Maddie Timmons and Graf placed second and third in the 100 yard backstroke.
Zagrobelny and Clifford placed first and third in the 100 yard breaststroke.
Carleigh Dillman finished second in the 50 yard butterfly (27.43).
Zagrobelny and Root placed first and second in the 100 yard IM.
The Eagles are back in action for a meet against Franklin & Marshall in Lancaster, Pa at 12:00 p.m.
