UMW Women's Swim Falls To Gettysburg Sunday

The Mary Washington women's swim team (5-2) fell to Gettysburg on Saturday afternoon, 176-86, in Gettysburg, Pa.

Kinsey Brooks took home a victory for the Eagles in the 100 butterfly with a final time of 59.13 and then placed second in the 100 breaststroke (1:07:40).

Bridget Zagrobelny won the 200 yard breaststroke (2:25.99) and third in the 200 freestyle.

And for the Eagles' final victory of the day, Ashley Dyer took home first place in the 500 yard freestyle (5:23.35).

Mary Washington is back in action next Saturday with a matchup against Frostburg State at 1 p.m. The Senior Day ceremony takes place at 12:45 p.m.
