Seniors Katie Wimmer (Vienna, Va., James Madison) and Jenna McRae (Springfield, Va., Annandale) combined for 37 points and both were named to the all-tournament team as the University of Mary Washington women's basketball team topped Randolph-Macon, 54-40, on Saturday in the final game of the RMC Tipoff Classic. Wimmer was named the tournament MVP, while McRae was also named to the all-tournament team.

McRae led the Eagles with 20 points, while Wimmer added 17 points and eight rebounds. Sophomore Aby Diop (Springfield, Va., Annandale) led the Eagles with nine boards. UMW shot just 30% from the floor, but made half of its eight three point attempts, and made 80% of its 20 free throws. The Eagles limited RMC to just 10 field goals on 20% shooting from the floor.

The Eagles will return to action on Tuesday when they visit Shenandoah University at 5:30 p.m.
