Finished 25th at C2C Cross Country Championships... Placed third in 5000 meters at Liberty Indoor meet... Part of DMR relay that gained top-fives at Bast-Creggar and C2C Indoor Championships... Finished first in 5000 meters at St. Mary's, second at CNU and third at Dennis Craddock outdoor meets.

Ran cross country and track, and swam at Sherando High School... Captain of Cross Country, Swim, and Track & Field both Junior and Senior year. Captain of Indoor Track Senior Year... Northwestern District VHSL All-Academic Award all four years for all sports... Cross Country: Winchester Star's Athlete Spotlight, Northern Virginia Daily 2023 Girls Cross Country All-Area Team, Northwestern All-District Award, Northwestern All-Region Award, and State XC Meet Participant... Swim: Northwestern All-Region Award (5th place in the Region 4D swim meet), 11th place in the 100 Breastroke at the VHSL State Swim Meet... Indoor Track: Northwestern District All-Region Award... Outdoor Track: Northwestern All-District Award.
