The 27th ranked University of Mary Washington women's tennis team dropped a 5-2 decision at 32nd ranked Calteh on Tuesday afternoon in Orange, California. The Eagles slip to 3-2 on the season.
The Eagles scored the doubles point, as sophomore
Addison Felts and freshman
Natalie Kim gained a 6-3 victory over Arbra and Gening, and sophomore
Jacey Copeland and frshman
Sophia Broomall scoring a 7-6 (4) win at two.
Kim also picked up UMW's other point in singles, as she gained a 4-6, 6-4, 1-0 (5) win a two over A. Tahaka.
The Eagles will take on UC Santa Cruz on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.
