The University of Mary Washington men's swim & dive team took down Frostburg State on Saturday afternoon in Fredericksburg, Va., 175-87.
The Eagles started off the meet with a win in the 200 medley relay before AJ Green added a third place finish in the 1,000-yard free. In the 200-yard free,
Brandon Harvey,
Thomas Sites, and Sam Mohoney finished in first, second, and third.
Patrick Stern, meanwhile, followed with a second place finish in the 100-yard back and
Kyle Johnson finished in third.
Johnathan Zimmer finished in first in the 100-yard breaststroke, whileÂ
Ihor Birioutchenskii, and
Daniel Rojas finished in second and third.
Tucker Burkey finished in first in the 200-yard fly, while
Evan Shelton finished in third. Meanwhile
Rece Storer finished in first in the 50-yard free, whileÂ
Guenter Kryszon finished in third. Harvey, Will Burkey and Sites finished first, second, and third.
Tucker Burkey finished in first in the 200-yard back, while Johnson finished in third.Â
Zimmer, Birioutchenskii, and Rojas finished on top of the podium in the 200-yard breaststroke. Sites and Mahoney finished in first and second in the 500-yard free. Will Burkey then finished second in the 100-yard fly.
Stern finished in second in the 400-yard IM, and the Eagles closed the meet with a win in the 200-yard free relay.
The Eagles are back in action on Friday against St. Mary's in Fredericksburg, Va. at 5 p.m.
