The University of Mary Washington equestrian team placed fourth at the Randolph-Macon College show on Sunday.
Kate Howlin was 6th in open over fences,
Emma Najdzionek was 5th and 5th in intermediate over fences and flat, and
Annabella Nonamaker was 1st in intermediate flat.
Eliza LaViolette was 2nd in intermediate flat and 2nd in limit fences,
Lola Bender was 3rd in limit flat and 6th in limit fences, and
Olivia Miller was 1st in limit flat and 5th in limit fences.
Miranda Herd had a great ride for her first time in the limit flat,
Maddie Hendell was 5th in novice, and
Maggie Alt was 2nd in novice. Julissa Motto Santizo was 2nd in pre-novice, andÂ
Josiah Schlechty was 3rd in intro.
The team will be back in action on November 3 at Sweet Briar College.
