The University of Mary Washington men's swimming team downed host Barton College on Saturday, 133-129, in thrilling fashion.

The Eagles were led by victories by the 200 yard medley relay team of Luke Bergstrom, Jeff Leckrone, Thomas Leckrone, and Garrett Ross, who won at 1:38.03, Brian Harnish in the 200 yard freestyle at 1:46.16, Jeff Leckrone in the 100 yard breaststroke at 57.90, and Garrett Ross in the 50 yard freestyle at 22.16. Other winners included Harnish in the 100 yard freestyle at 48.92, Jeff Leckrone in the 200 breaststroke at 2:06.71, Austin Farrar in the 500 yard freestyle at 4:53.25, and Jeff Leckrone in the 200 IM at 1:58.45.

Mary Washington will be back in action on November 17-18 at the Franklin & Marhsall Invitational.
