FREDERICKSBURG, VA – Averett University junior HEIDI SARKKINEN (Oulu, Finland) repeated as the Player of the Year as the Virginia Sports Information Directors Association announced the 2018 College Division All-State Women's Tennis Teams on Monday. Washington and Lee University freshman VALERIE MARSHALL (Arlington, Va.) was selected as the Rookie of the Year, and UMW head coach Patrick Catullo gained Coach of the Year honors.
