The University of Mary Washington men's soccer program was, once again, ranked in the top spot of the United Soccer Coaches Poll for the seventh consecutive week on Tuesday afternoon.
The Eagles hold the most victories for unbeaten teams in the nation with 15 as they ran their unbeaten streak to 16 games on Saturday -- topping the program-best that was set against NC Wesleyan last week. UMW turned in victories over the Battling Bishops and then a thrilling 3-2 comeback victory over Salisbury on Saturday.
Mary Washington is set to play at the University of Virginia on Wednesday at 3 p.m., then will round out its regular season on Saturday at Christopher Newport.
