Senior Katie Williams had a hand in 10 goals with four scores and six assists to lead the University of Mary Washington women's lacrosse team to a 17-9 win over Marymount University in the regular season finale on Saturday at the Battleground. The Eagles improve to 12-4 on the season, and 5-2 in Capital Athletic Conference play.

The University of Mary Washington women's lacrosse team roared back from an 8-5 second half deficit to defeat St. Mary's College, 15-11, in Capital Athletic Conference action on Wednesday in St. Mary's City. The Eagles improve to 9-4 overall and 3-2 in CAC play, while the Seahawks fall to 7-6 and 3-1.

Caitlin Erickson Moore '08 Named Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Mary Washington
Caitlin Erickson Moore, one of the greatest players in University of Mary Washington women’s lacrosse history, will return to her alma mater as the head women’s lacrosse coach, according to Director of Athletics Ken Tyler. Moore, who had coached the past three seasons at Randolph-Macon College, will replace her college coach, Dana Hall, who was promoted to Senior Associate Director of Athletics last month.
