February 1, 2012 University of Mary Washington women's basketball coach Deena Applebury has been named the Coach of the Month of January by DIII News. Applebury, who has the Eagles off to a 20-0 start and leading the nation in opponent point per game, won her 200th career game in January in a key CAC win over second-place York College.
