Mary Washington senior guard JENNA McRAE (Springfield, Va./Annandale) and York sophomore forward KRISTEN HALEY (Silver Spring, Md./Georgetown Visitation) were named the CAC Women’s Basketball Co-Players of the Week.
McRae averaged 14.0 points and contributed 19 rebounds, 10 assists and seven steals in three wins last week - including a pair of CAC victories. She scored in double digits in all three games and shot 48.5% from the field for the week.
Haley averaged 14.5 points and 10.5 rebounds and shot 48% from the field in a pair of CAC victories. She registered her 14th career double-double Saturday with 15 points, 15 boards and added a career-best seven blocked shots as YCP secured a 13-point victory at Marymount.
