York, which won its fourth-straight CAC playoff title, had four second-team all-stars this year to lead the conference with seven total post-season awards. The leaders for the Spartans were senior forward Antonio Bua, senior midfielder Justin Facer and junior defender Aaron Beale - all first-team all-stars - as well as second-team defender Matty Martinez, who was named the 2012 CAC Men’s Soccer Rookie of the Year.
Also earning second-team all-star recognition for the Spartans were junior forward Austin Johnson, junior defender Matt Yackel and senior goalie Jesse Derksen.

Second-team honors were awarded to senior forward Matt Poole, freshman forward Patrick Kelly and junior midfielder Tommy Sangbuoasy. Heller, a second-team all-star in 2011, is the only returnee on the All-CAC team.
