UMW Volleyball Tops Wesley, 3-0, in Regular Season Finale

The University of Mary Washington volleyball team swept a three set match from Wesley College in Capital Athletic Conference action on Wednesday night in Dover, Delaware in the regular season finale. The Eagles improve to 18-10 on the year, and finish the regular season with a 7-1 CAC mark.
Senior Anne Lutkenhaus had 10 kills and six digs, while senior Lindsey Scott added four digs and four aces. Katie Shiflett had 11 assists and Ally Blaine six for UMW, while freshman karissa Herrick had four aces and four blocks.
The Eagles will be the second seed in next week's CAC Tournament, and will host the winner of the 3-6 matchup on Thursday, November 5 at 7 p.m. at Goolrick Gym.
