UMW's DeVar Named CAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week

Mary Washington senior FRANK DeVAR (Alexandria, Va./West Potomac) was named the CAC Men’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week after placing second overall and leading the Eagles to a tie for third place in the team standings at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational. DeVar, the defending CAC individual champion, was the first collegiate runner across the finish line Saturday in Pittsburgh, covering the 8,000-meter course in 25:54.
