Turf Field Brick Campaign
The University of Mary Washington began constructing a new
state-of-the-art turf field on the University’s
“D” field (previously the field hockey/women’s
lacrosse field) in the summer of 2011. The new lighted turf
field will be worthy of hosting national championship competitions,
and serve as home to UMW field hockey, men’s lacrosse, and
women’s lacrosse.
The new field features a Sports Celebration patio, and the campaign
for selling bricks to alumni, parents, and friends of the program
